Refund Policy

01How it works

1. Email hello@hardagain.co within 30 days of purchase, from the email address you used at checkout (or reply to your Gumroad receipt).
2. Write "refund" — that's genuinely all we need. You're welcome to tell us why, but you never have to.
3. We process the refund through Gumroad, typically within 2 business days. The money returns to your original payment method; your bank may take a few additional days to display it.

You can also request a refund directly through Gumroad's own purchase-management tools — both routes work.

02Why we do this

Digital products can't be "returned", so trust has to run the other way. We'd rather refund honestly than have a single customer feel trapped. The protocol asks 90 days of your effort — the least we can do is remove all risk from day one.

03The fine print (kept short)

• The 30-day window starts on your purchase date shown on the Gumroad receipt.
• One refund per customer — the guarantee exists for genuine dissatisfaction, not free copies.
• Refunds are always issued to the original payment method, never in credit.
• This policy adds to, and never limits, any statutory rights you have in your country.
